There is this guy, I know, he’s quite the uncommon fellow, considering how he acts and looks. This guy is always rude, but it doesn’t seem to be this way, I just think he’s confused. He’s a short guy, but seems tall from how he sticks his chest out and walks with pride. He has blonde hair, mixed with a little bit of neon green, but his natural hair is a darker brown. He is half African-American, and half caucasian. A man that is a skinnier guy, but a man that wears baggy clothes which make him seem heavy set. A person that has really bald arms, with a thick beard. a guy that seems like a gamer, maybe a little on the nerdy side. He has a twin, giving him two different eye colors, one blue and one green. He has gauges in his ears, with a septum ring in his nose.

Do what you need to do.

AS in saying this, It means do the things that you have to get done. Such as things to be happy, and things to protect your friends and family. It doesn’t matter how much money it cost, nor what kind of thing it is. Doing what you need to be happy is the most important,because no one wants to live a sad life, or d they want to live a boring dull live. Being with friends doing hings you want to is a good way to become happy. Friends can comfort especially doing something you enhoy doing. This provides less negative thoughts, and it helps. I do what I need to do to be happy, no matter if I’m broke all the time, memories are pretty valuable, and I’d much rather want to have a lot of memories than objects of value. Kids these days are so in to technology its ridiculous, so much fighting. You also need to become something, so don’t become a bum. Do what you need to do to have wealth, such as going to college and getting a degree. Also, go to do something that would make you happy. dont be stuck with a job you wouldnt want to do, just for the money. there are plenty of fields to go into,just different amount of schooling. There are ust so many things that you need to put infront of the other things we think are important because all we are doing is screwing ourselves.I’m really bad at procrastinating, but i learn how to get the important things done. Im getting better at doing things prior day before due date.

I would be cherry red. I picked this color because cherries are probably the most delicious thing. Cherry red also looks good on certain older cars, and red is also a very nice color in general. Red sunsets are pretty cool, and I like to look at them sometimes.
   In this essay, i’m going to be writing on why physical activity and fitness is important. Theres reasons that range from being healthier, to just wanting to look better. Physical activity can reduce the weight you gain, making your chances of becoming overweight less. This is where the looking “better” part comes in, because everyone wants to look nice, and be able to show it off. People do it for various reasons though. After heart attacks, people get back in to shape to reduce the risk of having another heart attack. Physical activity can also make you sleep better tonight. You can also see physical fitness as a way to calm yourself down, and be in a peaceful place of your own, and to enjoy doing it. Enjoying something can make it 10x much better than what it would be if you are being forced to do it. Obesity is a major problem in the United States right now. Theres no reason for people to just allow themselves to get how they are. The risks that come with obesity are very severe, and can be life threatening in many cases. If these people could get the motivation to exercise and become a more healthier individual, they would live such a better, and much more happier life. Bad eating habits can also lead to diabetes and other life threatening diseases. Being fit also allows the ability to do stuff easier, and much more efficient. Being able to keep up with a hard working pace without tiring your body can help in many situations. Physical fitness can also reduce stress, and help with depression. Working out being pumped, and listening to music can drown away all the things you are worried about. It’s a hobby, a very hard hobby to stick to. It’s really hard on the body at first when you start, and you have to be able to push through that to make your self become more physically fit. Once you turn it in to a everyday thing, you’ll be enjoying the long jogs, and all the sight seeing you can do when going out on these jogs. It can be quite incredible. When I got into physical fitness, I was around 10 years old. I was playing baseball at the time and I felt I needed to get stronger to help me play the sport. I started working out by running, biking, and any other thing I did I enjoyed. Then I started going to the gym when I was 15. Going to the gym, and doing everything else at home or jogging outside, is completely different. It’s easier to do the thing you like more, but I had to get in the routine of going to the gym. It was a really hard routine but I continued it 3 times a week to workout different parts of my body for 2 hours each day. I did this till I was 17, then I started to get lazier on my workouts. I got a job, and that really can cut time into your hobbies. I’d much rather be able to workout 4 times a week, instead the 2 I do now. The main point is to get fit, and help yourself become a more healthy person. It would be much better to grow up healthy and not have to worry about the medical issues you would if you were overweight. It’s easy to get a early start, and to continue it, and try not to quit. Once you quit, or decrease the amount you do, it’s hard to get back in it. That’s what happen to me for a half a  year, and it took weeks to get back on a schedule like I used to. Try new things, and just try to enjoy it. If you enjoy it you’ll do it more often and it won’t be a constant weight on your shoulders everytime you do it.
   If everyone could take the time to workout, it would solve a lot of obesity. Everyone has time to do things that aren’t as important, but things aren’t  more important than their health. They believe they don’t have time to get in shape, but, if it comes down to your health and if you’re obese, you need to. Obesity can cause long term illnesses that can result in death. Theres many ways not to be obese, it just depends on what you eat, and the amount of physical activity you do everyday. If you could take 20-30 minutes a day contributing to something like walking, or jogging. The time would add up and you would eventually be getting on the track to a good weight. There plenty of things like zumba, or dvd exercises to help show you how to lose the weight, and be able to have a great healthy weight.
   Things fast food places could do to help. One thing fat food places could do is to offer more healthy items, and not for such an expensive price. What would you pick, a $5 salad or a $1 burger. If fast food places could offer stuff that would benefit for a more reasonable price, not everyone would be eating greasy fat foods  that can corrupt your health in negative ways.
    Another bad thing from being overweight could be injury. When you are overweight you have a higher risk of getting injured on a job. It could be severe to where you couldn’t even walk anymore. This could affect your everyday life.
    Pushing yourself past your limits is very important. If you can overcome pushing yourself past your stopping point, you can overcome working out everyday. Working out comes with a lot of pain and soreness for a while, but eventually you can get used to it. It’s not as bad as what a lot of people think it is, it can actually be relaxing on the muscles.

   There’s not even a second guess to what aspect of my memory I would choose to improve. I chose to improve my short term memory. I’m the worlds worst at forgetting stuff. I forget everything. Never in my life have I actually remember where I have left something. It would also make it easier to study right before a test and remember all the answers a lot easier. Just imagine training your short term to be photographic, you could just basically cheat on a test, without cheating. you would still be learning the material, and it would be in your head alot better! Also, this would save me a lot of time considering how much time I spend looking for things that are in spots that aren’t that hard to find. I once looked 45 minutes for my credit card and it was in the plain open, a place I looked many of times. It’s also a thing to where I start doing one thing, and start doing another, and completely forgetting about the first thing I was doing. This happens at my job also, I’ll run bread through the over, and then go to grab something from the back, and just start doing another thing and the bread ends up burning at the end a little. It’s just so many things I could go on and on about because it’s an everyday thing. It also makes me angry now to forget where stuff is, I’m just like, “ UGH NOT AGAIN.” I instantly know I’ll never find it but look for it anyways haha. So, improving this would be very helpful to me. It would help at my job, and a lot more daily activities this just gets in the way of, it also makes me procrastinate on accident. I have started trying to encode where I place things, As in I’ll sit and think about it and make sure it is implant in my head to where it is. This didn’t work out to well considering I still forgot the spot. So then I tried remembering detail of the areas it was in, something that caught my eye, like a coin beside it, or a certain spot on something. This helped a bit actually,  I tried it for a day and I actually noticed me forgetting less stuff. That was a big improvement of how it was before. I also tell myself where they things are now. I repeat it to myself where I can remember it by thinking of the words I repeated over and over and that tells me where it is. This was the one that got me to really remember where things are. Going over it again and again, until finally I won’t forget it. I make it into long term memory, other than short term. I haven’t tried it much, mainly because I forget to try the thing to help me remember things, how ironic is that.
What if the sky was red instead of blue. If the sky wasn’t blue and was red, that would mean our sun’s rays are not working pretty sure. Lol.
What if monkeys didn’t have tails. They wouldn’t be able to hang from trees.
What if I was rich. I sure wouldn’t be working at which wich.
What if humans became zombies. There would be a ZOMBIE APOCOLPYSE.
What if kangaroos overpopulated the united states.
What if I could fly.
What if everyone could fly.
What if I forgot to turn the water off at my house.


What if kangaroos over populated the United states. If kangaroos overpopulated the United States, It would probably be terrible. There would be these gansta kangaroos with guns terrorising people. We would need to fight back,form groups of people and fight back at the kangaroos. Everyone body would have a secret name and secret code names. Each code name would represent the amount and locations of kangaroos and a specific locations and this would allow for other groups of people to swoop in and attack the kangaroos. We probably wouldn’t have airstrikes but we would definetly have a gun. 2 actually and then a sword. It would be battles to the end of the day against these kangaroos, and then we would hide out overnight and eat. Eating at night was the nicest thing, considering we all got together and got to have sane conversations without the threat of kangaroos attacking. IT was nice,but also weird. Weird to know you had to wae up in the morning to fight kangaroos. some people inejoyed the kangaroo fighting but others couldnt handle it, we would sometimes lose people and that was always devastating, but we had to keep going and get more people to jion our group. 2 weeks later, after the 3 years of fighting, we came up with this weapon. It was a gas that onl affected kangaroos and was natural to humans. It was called hinin (hen-in). We tested it on a base and it completely killed off the based in 10 minutes. That was a small dose, considering what we were about to unleash. We walked out and ventured to the middle of the united states, here is where we unleashed the hinin and waited. We started gathering, all the groups, and drove to the other side of the united states, and realized they were dead.

What if there was no law enforcement. Oh boy, if there was no law enforcement, pretty sure the world would be at chaos, and everyone would be stealing everyones stuff. There would be so many deaths, and probably the end of the world honestly. law enforcement keeps the though in everyones head, oh i can get in trouble for doing this. This allows for less people to do bad things, not saying everyone is bad but alot of people are. Just imagine working an someone robs you like what, your going to have to carry a gun with you and end up shooting someone, it would be a daily, thing there would be no businesses actually, it would be camps, enclosed and fenced off in certain cities. These people would have their own jobs, market, it would be poverty, but its the only thing that would work. People would do wat they wanted and not cared the consequneces because it would be man vs man with no law. The chaos that would inflict the world be tremendous unless it was always like this and didn’t just happen out of nowhere. If it happen out of nowhere there would bw a much larger concern tha it never happend. If it never happen it would be as bad because people would aapt to it making it a lot safer. With the greed in the world now as soon as that happen there would be alot of bad.
 I think stress is a very unique thing on how it affects you. Stress can change your whole mood, and it can put you in a bad mood for quite a long time. I never knew that being around people who care about you relieved stress, as well with the helping of others relieves stress. I think this is a very helpful tip, because on days you’re really stressed out, go out and help someone else, or do something good in your community to keep your stress down. This will help you live longer, and also make your life a lot happier. It would also be nice not to die early, and live into my 90’s as she said.

  I’m at conflict with my life. I seem to think in myself that I’m going to good, and succeed in life. So far that’s not how it is going. I always feel like I’m moving the wrong direction, mostly because when I finally get on the right track, I end up screwing up. I have spent so much money on court and I have another date this coming May. I am not doing good in school either, I dont know why I can’t do important things, opposed to doing things that don’t matter. Its no one elses fault but mine, and I’m trying to clean up this big mess I’ve started, and it’s the most stressful, and hardest things I’ve had to do. I really need to get it done though, Im so tired of working at fast food, It’s just horrible to work with people who don’t deserve their job. This is really upsetting considered I also get in trouble for them, and they are the manager.

My life probably looks at me and sais, this kid is an interesting guy. My life probably seees me as someones who wants to succeed, just has a lot of negative influences he cares about way to much. This is causing him to be stressed and, it’s making him not care about things as much. I feel like this man needs guidance, someone to assist him on his path to success, but right now he has noone, well at least believes he does not. but, he does, he just doesnt see that.

   my mom would say to me, I need to worry about things that matter, now as many times as I’ve heard this, It’s almost no meaning. She always supports me, and tells me she believes I’ll Do good in life, even if I have to start over everything, she will help me. She has helped me through several tasks I could not do, basically of being ignorant of the situation. She has steered me towards going to college, and not working like my dad does everyday. She seems to want the best for me, and I can definitely tell she does.
