In this essay I will be writing about sports and why they are good for your health. Sports are good for your health for reasons such as helping you make friends to helping you keep phsical fit. Sports are a good way to get out of the house and have fun. Practicing baseball everyday can be very beneficial on your physical health. Running around and trying harder and harder will make your bones and muscles stronger, and it will make your brain stronger. Sports are also a good way to interact with people and make friends. This can help your communication skills and have good friends to play baseball with for years. Sports also can build oportunities in the future such as college scholarships which can cut back on a lot of stress which will cause you to live a happier life. Being happy is a very healthy attribute to the mind, and it can make you more positive and inspiring to do things you maybe wouldn’t do to when you’re down and having a bad day. Sports are just a good way to have a over all better life if you like sports, but there are many sports to play so just see if you can find a one that fits you!
